A lot of times, when we assemble a document, a table will span multiple pages. Then, to clarify information, we re-type the header rows. Sure, this works. But what if there is a way to automate it? Well turns out, there is!
Here’s how to repeat header rows in Word!

Turns out, the process is fairly simple. After creating the table:
Step 1 : Select the first row as header row, like so:




Step 2 : Click on Layout (red rectangle), then Repeat Header Rows (yellow rectangle)


Voila! Save tons of time editing!
