If you’re looking to turn ON pen sensitivity, just reverse the steps (select ink thickness other than the lightest, for example)

- Go to file
- Click on options (down below)
- Click on advanced
- Untick/disable “Use pen pressure sensitivity”
- Click on OK, then restart/reopen Onenote
Voila! Uniform handwriting!
But that’s for Onenote 2016. I only have Onenote for Windows 10 (the UWP / Metro version of the app). That setting is not there, does it mean that we can’t disable it?

Here’s how to disable pen pressure on Onenote for Windows 10:
Select the lightest weight on the ink. That’s it.
Surface Pro
Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to get heavier ink and yet disable pen pressure. But, if you’re on Surface Pro, you can set your pen pressure in the Surface app to the lightest


and the heaviest ink setting will not have pressure sensitivity.
